  • Payment Due: All invoices for services rendered and parts supplied are due for payment immediately upon completion of the installation or repair unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Methods of Payment: We accept electronic funds transfers (EFT) and cash payments.

4. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

  • Workmanship Guarantee: Dish Tech provides a workmanship guarantee on all installations. If you experience signal or mounting issues directly related to the initial installation within the guarantee period, we will rectify it at no additional cost.

  • Parts Warranty: Hardware (such as dishes, LNBs, and decoders) is subject to the original manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Limitation of Liability: Dish Tech shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the equipment or services provided.

5. User Conduct and Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

  • Upload or transmit any malicious software, viruses, or disruptive code.
